Submit Your Progress
Tracking daily progress is the first step towards making real, meaningful changes. We recommend making it a habit to visit this page daily to upload your training log page (to be filled out in your O2X workbook or via the form below). If not daily, please make sure you have completed a check-in no later than end of day Friday.
The O2X team will review submissions each week.
If you miss a check-in, you will receive an email as will your First Line Leader/Unit Contact.
If all else fails and you are unable to complete the form below for any reason, you can email your progress directly to the O2X team at MAARNG@o2x.com.

Before you join us for your first O2X Session on July 17 – 19, 2020, please take 20-30 minutes to complete a dietary recall and let us know how you’re doing.
