Custom Workshops

Each in-person workshop incorporates O2X’s integrated approach to training and education based on our proven EAT SWEAT THRIVE methodology.

We see great value in being able to adjust and tailor the delivery of our curriculum to create customized performance solutions for every client.

All courses in an O2X workshop are science-backed and instructed by leading experts in each field. The curriculum encompasses both classroom and hands-on training that provides a systematic approach to optimizing mental and physical health, increasing job readiness, and maximizing performance in all spheres.

To ensure that an in-person workshop targets the specific demands of your organization, O2X will work directly with you to identify key requirements and develop a course curriculum and structure that meets your needs.

The O2X program can be implemented in any location or facility. And in-person O2X workshops are fully accredited for a variety of continuing education credits.

Readiness
Readiness Assessment Screenings

The O2X Readiness Assessment was established to provide organizations with a current, all-encompassing health of the force analysis.

The overall score output from the Readiness Assessment is determined by several components including:

  1. Self-reported injury history
  2. Overall health
  3. Mobility and capacity analysis
  4. EAT and THRIVE benchmarks.

The assessment captures meaningful information to assist in the development of programs to help reduce the risk of injury on and off the job.

The Readiness Assessment was built using the best available evidence to assess health-related quality of life and physical capacity, leveraging validated mental and physical survey questions, paired with practical movement assessments for mobility, stability, and capacity.

Each member receives an individualized report with specific recommendations to identify simple ways to improve readiness, health-related quality of life, and physical function.

Organization leadership receives team reports identifying trends across groups and teams, with capacity to sort data by age, gender, job function, and more.

Team Report
Team Reporting and Analysis

Leveraging the data collected through assessments, training, observations, and historical measures of performance, injury, and status of the force, O2X will develop valuable insights in the health and wellbeing of your organization.

At the individual level, we provide detailed analysis of the Readiness Assessment results and customized feedback for each member of the organization.

Our team will identify areas for improvement and make targeted recommendations for positive change in those areas. Further, our on-site team will utilize that data to create personalized programs designed to elevate individual performance in sustainable ways.

Team reporting includes aggregate organizational data, insights, and deidentified member profiles. We work with leadership to identify trends across the agency that will be the focus of the program going forward.

Through a deliberate strategy, grounded in data-driven analysis, we can focus our efforts on high-impact programmatic components that tackle organizational deficiencies.

Over time, we’ll support efforts to track program progress, highlighting KPIs, return on investment, and performance improvement across the force.
