Mike Sanders | Human Performance Coordinator for U.S. Army 7th Special Forces Group

Mike Sanders is an O2X Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He received his master’s in Exercise Science in 1999 from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association

As a strength and conditioning coach, he was part of back-to-back NCAA National Championships with the University of Denver’s D-I Collegiate Men’s Ice Hockey team.

In 2010, he moved from the “sport-athletics” world to working with tactical athletes. He now trains with a variety of first responders and military to include the U.S. Army’s 7th Special Force Group as a Human Performance & Wellness Coordinator.

He is a speaker, author, and coach, and is currently working towards becoming a certified chaplain for first responders, police, and military.

He’s a husband, father, and patriot.
