
Tommy LaBriola
Tommy LaBriola is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Strength and Conditioning. He brings a strong passion for coaching and athlete development to his role, focusing on optimizing performance and resilience through individualized strength and conditioning programs. His work emphasizes building durable, high-performing tactical athletes through evidence-based training strategies.
Before joining O2X, Tommy spent five years as a Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coach within the Toronto Blue Jays organization. Most recently, he served as the Head AAA Strength Coach and previously worked with the High-A affiliate in Vancouver, British Columbia. Prior to his professional baseball career, he completed a graduate assistantship at Salisbury University and held internships at Georgetown University, the University of Pittsburgh, Salisbury University, and the Parisi Speed School, gaining broad experience across multiple sports and performance environments. His expertise has also been featured on platforms such as the Professional Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society podcast and the Just Rippin’ baseball performance podcast.
Tommy holds a Master of Science in Applied Health Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Salisbury University, where he also competed as a collegiate baseball player for four years. Growing up immersed in baseball, he developed a lifelong connection to sport and performance. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music, and playing the drums.
