
Stephanie Lewis
Stephanie Lewis is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Injury Prevention as a Certified Athletic Trainer with the U.S. Secret Service. With over 20 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in optimizing the performance and durability of tactical athletes. A BOC Certified Athletic Trainer since 2005, Stephanie also holds certifications as an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator.
Prior to joining O2X, Stephanie built a diverse background across physical therapy clinics, orthopedic settings, military health services, and law enforcement environments. She has supported athletes at all levels—from youth and collegiate to professional and Olympic—and has delivered care in high-demand and complex environments, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her experience reflects a strong commitment to enhancing performance across both traditional and tactical populations.
Stephanie is also deeply passionate about education, with 12 years of experience as a college instructor and associate professor, and currently serves as a Certified Basic Life Support Instructor for the American Red Cross. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training with a minor in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Central Michigan University, and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitative Sciences with a focus on Athletic Training from the University of Hawaii.
