
Shumi Rawlins
Dr. Shumi Rawlins is an O2X Resilience Specialist and licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals in high-risk environments. Commissioned into the U.S. Navy in 2005 and later serving in the Navy Reserves, she spent over 15 years combining her clinical expertise with her background as a military spouse to support active-duty service members and their families. As an embedded psychologist at a Special Operations command, she specialized in addressing the mental outcomes of high-risk operations and teaching human performance and resilience strategies as well as provided clinical interventions. Additionally, Dr. Rawlins spent six years integrating assessment, selection, threat assessment, and management to enable DOW organizations to optimize personnel performance and implement adverse-outcome mitigation strategies. Drawing on her deep understanding of the unique personalities drawn to high-risk professions, she provides essential techniques for leadership success and sustained performance.
