Ryan Lassila is the Senior Vice President of Finance at O2X Human Performance, where he oversees the organization’s financial health and supports strategic growth initiatives. In his role, Ryan leads key functions across financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, and corporate development, helping guide O2X’s financial strategy and long-term growth.

Ryan brings more than 15 years of experience in finance and strategy leadership, having worked across multiple Fortune 100 companies as well as growth-stage organizations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University and his MBA from the University of Florida’s Warrington School of Business.

Originally from Los Angeles, Ryan recently relocated with his family to the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the water boating with his family, playing tennis, and staying active with his local F3 group.
