Ryan Glaize is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Strength and Conditioning. He leverages his expertise to help tactical athletes maintain optimal health and return to duty stronger after injuries. Drawing on his background in collegiate athletics, Ryan focuses on injury prevention and recovery strategies to support tactical athletes’ physical readiness and resilience.Before joining O2X, Ryan worked with the South Carolina Gamecocks football team as a strength and conditioning coach. Prior to that, he spent two years as a graduate assistant at Liberty University, where he gained experience in strength and conditioning as well as sports nutrition while earning his master’s degree. At Liberty, Ryan coached Olympic sports athletes before transitioning to football, honing his skills in athlete performance and recovery.Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security from Virginia Commonwealth University, where he also worked with the Richmond City Police Department, training and coaching officers. In addition to his academic and professional accomplishments, Ryan is passionate about applying his diverse experience to improve the health and performance of tactical athletes.
