Rahsan McMillan
Rahsan McMillan is an O2X Onsite Human Performance Specialist embedded with 118th Air Support Operations Squardon, specializing in injury prevention and performance optimization. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, he provides evidence-based strategies to reduce injury risk, enhance movement quality, and sustain long-term physical readiness. In his current role, Rah works directly with tactical professionals to keep them healthy, resilient, and mission-ready.
Prior to joining O2X, Rah supported active-duty Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) operators, where he focused on bridging the gap between rehabilitation and high-level performance. His experience in both clinical and tactical environments shaped his expertise in return-to-duty strategies, hybrid training, and performance program design. He has completed advanced coursework through the Institute of Clinical Excellence in manual therapy, sports rehab, running rehab, and pain neuroscience, and holds certifications in SFMA, Functional Movement Systems, and Dry Needling with Electrical Stimulation.
Rah earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Winston-Salem State University. Outside of his professional work, he is passionate about fitness and enjoys weightlifting, improving his 1.5-mile run time, hybrid training, and mentoring future clinicians. He continues to explore innovative ways to merge physical therapy and performance coaching to better serve tactical and athletic populations.
