Paul Blaikie is an O2X Instructor. Paul is a Veteran who served two tours in Iraq (2005, 2007) during his 4-year enlistment for the USAF. Upon being discharged, he became a Boston Firefighter in 2010. In 2012, he began coaching football at his alma mater, St. Clement High School, where he coached multiple student-athletes that went on to play at the NCAA level, including 7 full-scholarship players and current Miami Dolphin, Larnel Coleman (OT, UMASS). Since 2017, Paul has been a Defensive Line Coach at Framingham State University. Paul has been a part of a staff that has won 3 MASCAC Championships, made 2 NCAA Tournament appearances and won a New England Bowl (2017). During this time, the Rams have had multiple D3Football.com All-Americans, NEFW All New England selections as well as MASCAC All-Conference players.Paul was involved in the initial O2X workshop with Boston Fire and it was here he recognized the impact O2X can have. Since then he has been an advocate of O2X and in 2020 he officially came on board as an instructor. Paul is currently enrolled at UMASS Boston where he is pursuing his Exercise Science Degree.
