
Nick Arrigo
Nick Arrigo is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist supporting the Baltimore County Fire Department, specializing in Strength and Conditioning. He brings a strong background in tactical performance, focusing on improving physical readiness, reducing injury risk, and enhancing operational durability for first responders.
Prior to joining O2X, Nick served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach within the U.S. Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program, where he was embedded with an infantry brigade combat team. In this role, he supported performance optimization, injury mitigation, and overall readiness for tactical athletes operating in high-demand environments.
Nick holds a Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F), and Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC), and also holds certifications in USA Weightlifting and Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR). Outside of work, he enjoys alpine skiing and spending time with his golden retriever.
