
Myles Brown
Myles Brown is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist and Program Manager specializing in Strength and Conditioning. In this role, he leverages his expertise to develop and implement performance programs that enhance physical readiness, resilience, and long-term durability. His work emphasizes strength, mobility, and injury prevention strategies to optimize performance for tactical athletes.
Before joining O2X, Myles served as the Installation Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach at Fort Wainwright in Fairbanks, Alaska, where he led the implementation of the U.S. Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program. His prior experience includes three seasons with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill football program, where he developed training systems for incoming freshmen and managed mobility and flexibility initiatives. He has also worked with football and women’s lacrosse at the University of Connecticut and supported tactical athletes within the Human Performance Department at the United States Army Special Operations Command in Fort Bragg, NC.
Myles earned his M.S. in Kinesiology from East Carolina University and a B.A. in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) through the NSCA, along with additional credentials in USA Weightlifting and Functional Range Systems.
