
Michelle Sharp
Michelle Sharp serves as an O2X Instructor and Yoga Specialist, bringing a diverse professional background grounded in leadership, service, and wellness. She previously served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army, where she represented soldiers and provided legal counsel to commanders across multiple installations within the United States, as well as during two deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Following her military career, she was medically retired in 2024. Driven by a continued commitment to supporting others, Michelle is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Education at William & Mary, working toward a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Military and Veterans. In addition to her academic pursuits, she is a certified yoga instructor teaching in Northern Virginia, where she resides with her husband, an active-duty Lieutenant Colonel, and her son. She also holds certification as an ASIST Suicide First Aid Provider. Outside of her professional and academic roles, Michelle prioritizes personal wellness and creativity. She enjoys strength training, long walks with her dog, engaging in crafts and Zen doodling as a form of relaxation, and cooking for her family.
