
Meaghan Kirby
Meaghan Kirby serves as the Vice President of Education at O2X Human Performance, where she collaborates with leading researchers, subject matter experts, and internal teams to develop customized, integrated education programs for tactical athletes and high-performance organizations. In her role, Meaghan oversees educational strategy, organizational reporting, and data analysis initiatives designed to measure and communicate the impact of O2X’s programs and services. She leads the development of detailed reporting systems and client deliverables that demonstrate the effectiveness of O2X’s Integrated Specialist Programs, workshops, and educational events, helping agencies better understand performance outcomes, program engagement, and long-term impact.
Throughout her time at O2X, Meaghan has held multiple leadership positions across both the Education and Client Services departments. As the Education & Reporting Manager, she partnered closely with teams throughout the organization to build customized reporting frameworks and data-driven insights that highlighted the value and effectiveness of O2X programming. Prior to that role, she served as the Client Services Manager, where she helped lead educational content development, improve reporting systems, and strengthen client communication and support processes. Her work has been instrumental in enhancing the quality, consistency, and impact of O2X’s educational offerings while ensuring agencies receive professional, actionable, and meaningful program feedback. Meaghan’s passion for supporting tactical populations is deeply personal and rooted in her family’s long-standing connection to public service and first responder communities.
Meaghan earned both her Master of Education in Coaching and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boston University. While at Boston University, she competed as a distance swimmer on the BU Swimming and Diving Team and was also a USA Swimming Senior National Qualifier in distance freestyle and backstroke events. Her dedication to health, wellness, and performance continues outside of work, where she remains passionate about supporting first responders and tactical professionals. Meaghan’s family history includes multiple generations of public service, including a great-grandfather who served as a firefighter in Lowell, Massachusetts, a grandfather who was a Captain with the Massachusetts State Police, and a cousin currently serving as a police officer in Boxborough, Massachusetts. Her work with O2X allows her to combine her professional expertise with a meaningful commitment to supporting the health, resilience, and well-being of those who serve others.
