Mark Lane is an O2X Instructor who brings energy, authenticity, and real-world experience to every team he works with. As a U.S. Air Force veteran and former firefighter, Mark understands the demands of high-performance environments. He applies that perspective to help others improve performance and build a sustainable lifestyle. His journey with Type 1 Diabetes also gives him a unique, practical understanding of optimizing performance under complex conditions.
With over 20 years in competitive rugby and 15+ years in the fitness community, Mark pairs hands-on experience with professional credentials. He is both a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2), and holds a B.S. in Strength & Conditioning from The Citadel.
Mark lives the O2X philosophy of 1% better every day and brings that approach to every client he coaches. Based in Nashville, TN he is committed to helping individuals and teams perform at their best when it matters most.
