
Lorenzo Romolo
Lorenzo Romolo is the Vice President of Human Performance Integration at O2X, where he created and developed the HPI department to ensure the seamless implementation of O2X programs within client organizations. In this role, he oversees client relationships, contracts, and national program delivery, with a focus on ensuring measurable impact across all sectors. He also leads oversight of On-Site Specialists, data analytics, impact tracking, and customer service, ensuring human performance initiatives are effectively integrated and consistently delivering results for O2X clients.
Lorenzo began his career with O2X as a Lead Instructor, where he leveraged his operational experience to deliver training and education events for first responders, federal agencies, and military personnel. He was later promoted to On-Site Specialist Program Manager, where he helped build and manage the deployment of human performance specialists, and then advanced to Director of Client Services, playing a key role in expanding O2X programs across military, law enforcement, fire service, and DOJ/DHS partnerships. His leadership was instrumental in establishing O2X as a trusted partner in human performance across these critical sectors.
Originally from Australia, Lorenzo retired from Special Operations Command Australia after a distinguished 15-year military career. As a Special Forces Operator, he deployed to Afghanistan, Iraq, and East Timor, working alongside U.S. Special Operations and other coalition forces. He also served in domestic counterterrorism roles and worked with Australia’s Joint Counter Terrorism and Tactical Police, as well as the FBI Hostage Rescue Team (HRT).
