
Lisa Prasso
Lisa Prasso is an O2X Injury Prevention Specialist and a leading clinical expert in the rehabilitation of complex orthopedic trauma. A Doctor of Physical Therapy, Lisa graduated from The State University of New York at Buffalo and has dedicated over 15 years to advancing the field of human performance and recovery across both civilian and military sectors.
Currently, Lisa serves as a staff physical therapist at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center’s Military Advanced Training Center (MATC). In this elite environment, she specializes in treating active-duty service members within the amputee and polytrauma populations. Beyond clinical care, Lisa leads the Physical Fitness class for the Warrior Wellness Program, where she translates high-level rehabilitation principles into group fitness and long-term wellness strategies for recovering service members.
Her clinical expertise is supported by an extensive suite of specialized certifications, including Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer Certification (AIT), Functional Dry Needling (Levels 1 & 2), Battlefield Acupuncture and Personalized Blood Flow Restriction Rehabilitation
Lisa’s commitment to the tactical community is driven by a belief in comprehensive durability—ensuring that those who serve have the physical foundation to excel both during and after their careers. When she isn’t in the clinic or contributing to medical literature, Lisa stays active in recreational sports, traveling and volunteering.
