Lindsey Deppen is an O2X Human Performance Specialist specializing in Mental Performance at HSCWL – Norfolk. She is deeply passionate about helping elite athletes and performers reach their full potential by developing mental resilience and performance strategies. In her current role, Lindsey works with individuals to enhance their mental skills, focusing on areas like energy management, team cohesion, and leadership. She has built a reputation for her tailored approach to mental performance, which has proven beneficial to both tactical athletes and high-level performers.Prior to joining O2X, Lindsey served as the Lead Performance Expert at Fort Eustis, VA, within the Ready and Resilient (R2) Program. In this role, she was a Master Resilience Trainer – Primary Instructor, teaching evidence-based resilience skills to Soldiers and emphasizing how these skills could be applied to both personal and professional aspects of life. She provided customized workshops to various units, including the 511th Engineer Dive Detachment and the TRADOC Band. Additionally, Lindsey traveled to numerous US Army installations, such as the United States Sergeants Major Academy and the United States Military Academy at West Point, to conduct resilience training. She has also worked individually with Soldiers, helping them achieve a range of personal goals, from earning their Expert Field Medical Badge to passing the Promotion Board.Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary College and a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Springfield College. A former collegiate soccer player who earned all-conference honors, she now competes in sprint and Olympic distance triathlons. Outside of her professional career, Lindsey enjoys staying active and continues to challenge herself athletically. Her extensive background in psychology and performance training, combined with her athletic experience, drives her commitment to helping others optimize their mental and physical capabilities.
