
Lindsey Deppen
Lindsey Deppen is an O2X Human Performance Specialist and Program Manager specializing in Mental Performance at HSCWL – Norfolk. She is passionate about helping elite performers develop the mental resilience and strategies needed to perform at a high level, with a focus on energy management, team cohesion, and leadership. Lindsey is known for her tailored approach, supporting both tactical professionals and high-performing teams in optimizing their mental performance.
Prior to joining O2X, Lindsey served as the Lead Performance Expert at Fort Eustis, VA, within the Army’s Ready and Resilient (R2) Program. As a Master Resilience Trainer – Primary Instructor, she delivered evidence-based resilience training to Soldiers and provided customized workshops to units including the 511th Engineer Dive Detachment and the TRADOC Band. She also supported training efforts at installations such as the United States Sergeants Major Academy and the United States Military Academy at West Point, while working one-on-one with Soldiers to help them achieve key professional milestones.
Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary College and a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Springfield College. A former collegiate soccer player and all-conference athlete, she now competes in sprint and Olympic distance triathlons. Her combined background in psychology, performance training, and athletics drives her commitment to helping others perform at their best.
