Lindsay is an O2X Resilience Specialist. She began her career in the Army National Guard as an enlisted member in 1998. She transitioned to Active Duty in 2007 as an officer, and after completing her residency, she served as an embedded psychologist in two units. Lindsay completed a neuropsychology fellowship, completed her board certification in clinical psychology, and ran several clinics until her retirement in 2020. Since leaving the Army, Lindsay has shifted her focus to working to address insider threats within the DoD and intelligence community. Lindsay also has experience working in assessment and selection, which has helped in developing an understanding of the personalities and characteristics of those drawn to working in high-risk environments and necessary techniques for success and effectiveness.
