
Lindsay Braden
Dr. Lindsay Braden is an O2X Resilience Specialist. She began her career in the MN Army National Guard as an enlisted member in 1998 and later transitioned to Active Duty in 2007 where she completed her internship/residency and became a licensed clinical psychologist. Early on, Lindsay served as an embedded psychologist in infantry units and became experienced in recognizing and addressing the outcomes of working in a high-risk environment providing clinical support. She completed a neuropsychology fellowship, board certification in clinical psychology, and oversaw multiple clinics prior to her retirement in 2020. Since the Army, Lindsay has transitioned her career focus to addressing insider threats within the DoW and intelligence community and is an Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) Certified Threat Manager (CTM). Lindsay also has experience working in assessment and selection, which has helped in developing an understanding of the personalities and characteristics of those drawn to working in high-risk environments and necessary techniques for success and effectiveness.
