
Kendall Stull
Kendall Stull is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Injury Prevention as a Certified Athletic Trainer with the Baltimore County Fire Department. In this role, she applies her expertise in injury prevention, evaluation, recognition, treatment, and rehabilitation to support first responders across the Baltimore region. Kendall is dedicated to optimizing the health and wellness of the men and women who serve the community.
Following her Master’s in Athletic Training from Towson University, Kendall completed a fellowship at the United States Naval Academy, where she served as a fully licensed athletic trainer for Women’s Rugby and Co-ed Rifle. In this role, she managed a wide range of acute and chronic injuries while supporting military midshipmen navigating the physical demands of both sport and service. This experience strengthened her clinical skills and deepened her understanding of the tactical athlete.
Kendall later expanded her experience in an industrial athletic training role with ATS, where she provided care for construction workers in physically demanding environments. There, she further developed her skills in communication, injury prevention education, and occupational health management. Her diverse background across collegiate athletics, military populations, and industrial settings has shaped her adaptable and comprehensive approach to care.
