Justin Williamson is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist embedded with Delta Air Lines at Orlando International Airport, where he serves as an injury prevention specialist focused on movement optimization and performance readiness initiatives. As a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Certified Performance and Sport Scientist (CPSS), Justin applies evidence-based strategies to enhance durability, reduce injury risk, and improve overall resilience within a high-demand operational environment.
Justin holds a Master’s degree and brings a strong foundation in strength and conditioning from his time leading collegiate performance programs at West Virginia State University. There, he designed and implemented comprehensive training systems aimed at improving power development, movement efficiency, and return-to-play outcomes. His transition from collegiate athletics to aviation reflects his commitment to applying elite performance principles beyond traditional sports settings.
