
Joseph Adamchak
Joe grew up exploring and enjoying the the mountains of Northern Idaho. He graduated from the University of Idaho in 2005 and earned degrees in Athletic Training and Physical Education. At that time he became a Certified Athletic Trainer. He then attended the University of Puget Sound and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2008. After that he worked as a member of UPS Athletic Department including covering Logger Football and Baseball. He also began working at 3 Dimensional Physical Therapy which is a sports outpatient orthopedic clinic that specializes in foot and ankle rehabilitation and running injuries. During that time treated and develop relationships with members of the city and county fire, police, and sheriffs department which first ignited his desire to work with Tactical Athletes. He then had the opportunity to move to Stuttgart, Germany with his wife who was an Active Duty Army Physician and began working as part of the SOCOM Preservation of the Force and Family Program (POTFF) where he helped develop the Human Performance program at Special Operations Command Europe while treating its service members from all branches. The last two years he has been able to continue work in the POTFF program at Marine Special Operations Command in North Carolina. Joe has earned additional Board Certifications in Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapy. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has certifications in Trigger Point Dry Needling and Spinal Manipulation. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys and when he can find spare time he trains for endurance sports.
