Jill Zeller is an O2X Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Zeller currently is the Sr. Associate Director of Athletic Performance at the University of Georgia, working specifically with women’s soccer and women’s golf. Before her time with the Bulldogs, she was the Sports Performance Coach for San Diego Wave FC of the National Women’s Soccer League. She helped the team win the regular season in 2023. Prior to the Wave, Zeller was at the University of Southern California, working with women’s soccer, lacrosse, and beach volleyball (5-time national champions). Before she got to USC, she worked with a variety of sports and athletes at places like EXOS and Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning. Zeller spent one year as the Director of Sports Performance for the Wake Forest women’s basketball team. She served as a strength and conditioning coach for Boston University and USA Hockey, while also interning with Northeastern University and Athletes’ Performance. She went to 5 World Championships with USA Hockey’s U18-22 teams. A native of Newton, Massachusetts, Zeller graduated from James Madison University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and from Boston University in 2014 with a master’s degree in Coaching Education.She is passionate about supporting those who want to use strength training to help make their daily needs better.
