
Jessica Scott
Jessica Scott is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist embedded with Delta Air Lines in Orlando, FL, where she serves as an Injury Prevention Specialist, Athletic Trainer, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In this role, she designs and delivers proactive injury mitigation and performance programs tailored to support workforce readiness, movement efficiency, and long-term health. Her work focuses on enhancing durability and ensuring the Delta team remains resilient and high-performing in a demanding industrial environment.
Jessica brings nearly a decade of experience as an industrial athletic trainer, with a career defined by her versatility across diverse populations. She has optimized performance for Division I athletes, professional dancers, construction crews, and theme park performers, giving her a well-rounded perspective across both athletic and industrial settings. She also holds an OSHA 30-Hour General Industry card and the Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS) credential, further supporting her ability to foster safe and sustainable work environments.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training with a minor in Psychology from Marshall University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Leadership and Public Health Practice. Grounded in a holistic, whole-person approach to health and performance, Jessica is committed to helping individuals prevent injury, enhance durability, and reach their fullest potential. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring local coffee shops, and being with her family.
