Gabriel Gomez is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of O2X Human Performance, where he leads the organization’s overall strategy, growth, and operational direction. As CEO, Gabriel oversees all facets of the business, guiding the company through continued expansion while maintaining a strong focus on mission alignment, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability. He works closely with executive leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives, manage enterprise risk, strengthen partnerships, and advance O2X’s position as a leader in integrated human performance solutions for tactical athletes and high-performance organizations. In addition to overseeing day-to-day business operations, Gabriel leads investor relations and financial strategy efforts that have supported the company’s significant year-over-year growth. As one of O2X’s founding members, he has played a critical role in every stage of the company’s development — from its original formation and startup phase through its rapid national expansion and evolution into a trusted provider of human performance programs across military, federal, public safety, and industrial sectors.

Prior to founding O2X, Gabriel built a successful career in private equity and investment management, working with firms including Advent International, Summit Partners, and Bowles Hollowell Conner. He also co-founded Equality Asset Management, where he focused on investment strategy and business growth initiatives. In 2013, Gabriel stepped away from Advent International to run for the United States Senate seat vacated by John Kerry, ultimately winning the Republican nomination in the Massachusetts special election. Before his business and political career, Gabriel served as both a Naval Aviator and Navy SEAL Officer after graduating from the United States Naval Academy. He later earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. Gabriel holds a unique place in U.S. Naval history as only the second individual to qualify as both an aircraft carrier pilot and a Navy SEAL Officer, a distinction that reflects the discipline, adaptability, and leadership that continue to shape his approach today.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Gabriel remains deeply committed to supporting the military and veteran communities. He is a co-founder of the Navy SEAL Foundation New England and previously served as a Trustee for Noble & Greenough School. Outside of work, Gabriel enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and supporting causes connected to leadership development, service, and resilience. He lives in Cohasset, Massachusetts with his wife and four children.
