
Fernando Llamoca
Fernando Llamoca is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist working with the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office. He applies expertise in sport psychology, positive psychology, and industrial-organizational psychology to help individuals develop and strengthen the mental skills needed to perform consistently and intentionally at a high level. Through his work, he equips clients with practical tools and strategies to enhance readiness, resilience, and performance in demanding work environments.
Over the past decade, Fernando has worked with athletes from the high school to collegiate levels, as well as soldiers from the United States Army. His approach is grounded in helping individuals build the mindset needed to thrive in the areas of life that matter most to them. He focuses on coaching, support, and guided self-discovery to help clients develop a strong internal narrative aligned with their goals and long-term growth.
Fernando holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy, a Master’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Sport Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. This multidisciplinary background allows him to apply mental performance principles across leadership, professional, and personal development contexts. Outside of work, he enjoys running, traveling, and staying current on research in human performance.
