
David Ayscue
David Ayscue is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Strength and Conditioning. He has trained collegiate, professional, and tactical populations, including serving as a strength and conditioning coach for the 1st Armored Division Combat Aviation Brigade (1AD CAB) at Fort Bliss and the U.S. Air Force Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT) Program. In his current role, he designs and implements performance enhancement programs tailored to the unique physical demands of tactical environments, with a focus on optimizing readiness, durability, and overall performance.
Prior to joining O2X, David led physical training and performance education initiatives aimed at enhancing pilot readiness within UPT, while also supporting 1AD CAB personnel through structured strength and conditioning programs for soldiers and leaders. He brings extensive experience in collegiate athletics, having worked with teams across football, soccer, swim & dive, and tennis at the University of Richmond and Miami University. Additionally, he has trained professional baseball athletes in the private sector, further broadening his expertise across high-performance environments.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Miami University and a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership and Adult Learning from Park University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC), and a USA Weightlifting Level 1 (USAW-1) coach. Outside of work, David enjoys camping, hiking, and exploring the outdoors with his family, as well as taking on new culinary challenges and pursuing the perfect cup of coffee.
