Dave Burke serves as the Operations Coordinator at O2X Human Performance, where he plays a key role within the Operations department supporting the execution of O2X’s nationwide programs, events, and embedded specialist initiatives. In his role, Dave manages logistics and operational coordination for workshops, training events, and on-site programs, helping ensure that O2X personnel and equipment are fully prepared to support clients across the country. His responsibilities include organizing and overseeing shipping operations, maintaining equipment readiness, and supporting the systems and processes that allow O2X programs to operate efficiently at scale. As the organization continues to grow, Dave remains heavily involved in improving operational workflows, identifying creative solutions, and strengthening the consistency and professionalism of the O2X experience.

Prior to joining O2X, Dave worked as a manager at a local beach in Cohasset, Massachusetts, where he collaborated closely with first responders, emergency management personnel, and local fire and police departments. During this time, he developed and implemented safety procedures, coordinated operational planning efforts, and introduced fitness initiatives designed to improve team readiness and performance in a dynamic public safety environment. His experience managing operations and leading teams in high-responsibility settings helped build the leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills he now applies in his role at O2X. Dave’s passion for teamwork, preparedness, and operational excellence continues to drive his contributions to the organization and its mission.

Dave earned his Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship in May 2022 and is currently pursuing his MBA at Lasell University. While attending Lasell, he was a two-time captain of the Men’s Lacrosse team, leading the program to a Greater Northeast Athletic Conference Championship while earning multi-year all-conference recognition and finalist honors for Defensive Player of the Year as a Short Stick Defensive Midfielder (SSDM). Raised on the Massachusetts South Shore, Dave remains passionate about competition, teamwork, and outdoor adventure. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, surfing, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors with his three dogs.
