Dave Bauman
Dave Bauman is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist with the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office and serves as the lead Physical Training Instructor at the Tarrant County College Law Enforcement Academy. Specializing in Strength and Conditioning for tactical professionals, Dave designs and implements comprehensive performance programs that enhance readiness, resilience, and long-term health for law enforcement and first responder teams. His work reflects a unique blend of corporate, military, and federal experience, allowing him to bring a well-rounded and practical approach to human performance.
Dave began his career as a Certified Public Accountant in Southern California before transitioning into human performance, where he discovered his true passion. He earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential in 2017 and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) certification in 2018. He further developed his expertise through roles with EXOS at Google, tactical strength and conditioning assignments at Marine Corps Base Quantico and Fort Bliss, and an internship with the Army strength program at West Point. His experience as a Federal Officer with Customs and Border Protection deepened his understanding of the physical and mental demands placed on tactical operators, shaping his holistic approach to performance training.
Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, reflecting his belief that peak performance begins from the inside out. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, exploring performance psychology podcasts, traveling, and attending metal shows. Through every endeavor, Dave brings disciplined focus and a deep passion for supporting those who serve.
