
Danielle Demarest
Danielle Demarest is an O2X Nutrition Specialist and Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. She is originally from South Carolina and attended Clemson University, earning her Bachelor and Master of Science in Food Science, Nutrition, and Dietetics. Go Tigers! Danielle has an extensive history in both collegiate athletics and tactical performance. She is a former NCAA Division I athlete, playing golf for Winthrop University, and has experience working with collegiate athletes at Clemson University. Danielle served in the U.S. Army for 5 years as an active-duty Registered Dietitian, working with Service Members and Veterans across all branches, including U.S. Army Special Operations Command. Her career as a dietitian spans critical care, individualized nutrition counseling, and leadership roles in food service and personnel management, with a focus on optimizing human performance in tactical populations.
Outside of work, Danielle lives in North Carolina with her husband and son and enjoys cooking, running with her dogs, and spending time outdoors. She has completed several half marathons and also enjoys making homemade wine and mead.
As part of the O2X team, Danielle is passionate about simplifying nutrition and helping others apply it effectively in their daily lives.
