
Daniel Williams
Daniel Williams serves as the Manager of Integrated Programs for O2X Human Performance on the West Coast, where he supports the implementation, oversight, and continued development of integrated human performance programs for tactical populations. After beginning his career with O2X as an On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Strength & Conditioning, Daniel has continued to expand his leadership responsibilities while supporting embedded specialists and operational programs across multiple client sites. In his role, he works closely with tactical organizations and O2X personnel to ensure programs are effectively aligned with mission demands, operational readiness goals, and long-term performance outcomes for the populations they serve.
With more than 12 years of experience in the human performance field, Daniel has dedicated much of his career to supporting tactical athletes and Special Operations communities. Since 2015, he has worked directly within the special operations environment as a Human Performance Specialist, helping operators improve strength, durability, resilience, and overall operational readiness. Daniel began his work in the tactical space with Air Force Special Operations Command, supporting the 24th Special Operations Wing and the Special Tactics Training Squadron (STTS). Following his time with STTS, he transitioned to Naval Special Warfare Group 1, where he spent more than four years working alongside Navy SEALs and supporting human performance initiatives focused on optimizing performance and reducing injury risk within elite operational units. His extensive experience embedded within high-performance tactical environments continues to shape his practical and mission-focused approach to coaching and leadership.
Daniel remains deeply passionate about helping tactical professionals achieve sustainable, long-term performance success both physically and mentally. His hands-on experience within elite military communities, combined with his leadership within O2X’s Integrated Programs, has made him a trusted resource for both specialists and tactical organizations alike. Through his work, Daniel continues to support O2X’s mission of improving the health, readiness, and resilience of those operating in demanding environments.
