Crystal Vidas serves as the Vice President of People Operations at O2X Human Performance, where she leads the organization’s people strategy and oversees all human resources and administrative functions across the company. In her role, Crystal helps drive the systems, structure, and operational processes needed to support O2X’s continued growth while maintaining a high-performance, people-centered culture. Over the past 18 months, her role has continued to evolve alongside the organization, expanding beyond traditional HR leadership into broader operational strategy, organizational development, workforce planning, compliance, compensation strategy, and large-scale recruiting efforts across both headquarters and embedded tactical performance programs nationwide. She plays a key role in aligning people operations with company growth initiatives while helping leaders build scalable teams, improve internal processes, and maintain O2X’s mission-driven culture. Crystal also oversees recruitment, onboarding, and development efforts for many of the organization’s operational and leadership roles, helping attract and retain high-performing professionals across a wide range of disciplines.
Before joining O2X, Crystal spent six years with lululemon, where she led multiple stores throughout the Philadelphia region and ultimately supported the successful opening of a new store in Delaware. During her time with the company, she consistently exceeded sales and operational targets while building strong employee engagement and community relationships. Prior to transitioning into leadership and operations, Crystal spent the first decade of her career as a Certified Athletic Trainer, working across Oregon, Virginia, California, and Taiwan. One of her most impactful professional experiences was helping establish and lead a sports medicine program at Taipei American School, where she built a multidisciplinary support system designed to meet the unique needs of student-athletes. Her background in healthcare, athletics, leadership, and performance continues to shape her approach to people operations and organizational development at O2X.
Crystal earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Oregon State University and her Master of Science in Education through the Post Professional Athletic Training Education Program at Old Dominion University. Outside of work, she remains deeply involved in fitness, performance, and outdoor adventure. A longtime competitive CrossFit athlete, Crystal has competed at the regional level three times and has recently shifted her focus toward age-group CrossFit competition while also participating in events such as The Tactical Games and ultramarathon racing, including completing a 50-mile race in 2025. One of her most notable endurance accomplishments was completing an unsupported rim-to-rim-to-rim crossing of the Grand Canyon with her husband in 16.5 hours. Outside of training and competition, Crystal enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and creating new adventures with her husband and their three boys, ages 9, 5, and 2.
