
Cole Hatcher
Cole Hatcher serves as an Assistant Vice President of Municipal Sales at O2X Human Performance, where he supports the development and management of human performance programs for local government and public safety organizations nationwide. In his role, Cole leverages his tactical background, leadership experience, and operational expertise to build strong client relationships, support program implementation, and ensure long-term client success and retention. He works closely with agencies to develop customized solutions that align with their operational demands and organizational goals, helping tactical professionals improve readiness, resilience, and overall performance.
Prior to joining O2X, Cole served as a Special Agent focused on investigations involving gang violence, firearms offenses, and narcotics trafficking. Before transitioning into federal law enforcement, he spent four years on active duty in the United States Army as a Sergeant with F Company, 51st Long Range Surveillance Company, where he served as part of a military freefall team. Throughout his military career, Cole trained soldiers in surveillance operations, reconnaissance tactics, and physical fitness while also fostering partnerships with allied military forces. He completed several advanced military schools and certifications, including the Reconnaissance and Surveillance Leaders Course (RSLC), Pathfinder School, and the Military Freefall Parachutist Course (MFFPC). His combined military and federal law enforcement experience continues to shape his passion for supporting tactical professionals through performance-focused programs and leadership development.
Cole earned his degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona and has also worked in accounting and finance roles throughout his professional career. Originally from Arizona, he maintains a strong connection to the outdoors and enjoys spending his free time traveling, hiking, visiting the beach, and competing in trail races and local CrossFit competitions. His passion for adventure, fitness, and continuous growth reflects the same mindset he brings to his work supporting public safety and tactical organizations through O2X.
