Claudia Cavazza is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, certified iRest/Yoga Nidra Professional Facilitator, Certified Trauma Professional, Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional, and Health Coach with over 15 years of experience delivering trauma-informed yoga, yoga Nidra, mindfulness, and nervous system recovery training to tactical athletes, first responders, military personnel, veterans, and professionals in high-consequence environments.
Her work integrates yoga, iRest, polyvagal-informed practices, and somatic methodology within a performance and resilience framework — delivering the practical nervous system regulation, sleep optimization, and recovery tools that help tactical athletes sustain performance, protect long-term health, and build resilience across a career.
Claudia is the founder of WRKwell, an operational resilience and recovery training company serving public safety and critical infrastructure organizations across the Mid-Atlantic region. She previously served as Director of Interdisciplinary Education at the Give Back Yoga Foundation, developing national training programs for high-stress and specialized populations including eating disorders and addiction survivors, veterans, first responders, and military personnel.
Her clients include Arlington County FD and PD, Alexandria Fire Department, Delaware State Police, Virginia Beach and Norfolk PD, MWAA Fire & Police, Howard County Fire and Rescue, DC MPD, the US Navy, Wounded Warrior Project, the Washington Wizards, the Washington Capitals, Georgetown University, George Washington University, the USDA, O2X, Vetoga, and select elite law enforcement and federal government agencies.
