Chase Kapuscienski is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Athletic Training, where he supports both Loudoun County Fire and Loudoun County Police. In this role, he ensures first responders are physically prepared to meet the unique demands of their jobs through injury prevention, rehabilitation, and on-site support. His expertise helps tactical professionals maintain operational readiness and long-term career health.
Before joining O2X, Chase began his professional career providing orthopedic rehabilitation to federal law enforcement personnel, focusing on injury recovery and return-to-duty strategies. His early work with high-performing tactical professionals laid the foundation for his current role, building a strong background in movement assessment and performance enhancement. Chase earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Mary Washington in 2020, where he was a four-year member and captain of the men’s lacrosse team. He went on to complete a master’s degree in Athletic Training at Lasell University in 2022, where he was also a two-time team captain, GNAC Player of the Year, and a conference champion. During his graduate studies, he gained valuable clinical experience supporting the women’s soccer team at Harvard University and the men’s lacrosse team at the College of the Holy Cross.
Outside of his professional work, Chase enjoys staying active and continuing to train, drawing on his lifelong passion for athletics. He values time spent with his family, friends, and his dog, and brings the same energy and commitment from his athletic background into his personal life.
