Brian Christianson
Brian Christianson is an Assistant Vice President of Municipal Sales at O2X Human Performance and a 16-year U.S. Army veteran. In this role, he combines his passion for improving performance and longevity with over a decade of experience building comprehensive human performance programs. Prior to moving into leadership, Brian served as a Lead Instructor at O2X, where he worked directly with tactical athletes to implement training and education that elevated resilience, readiness, and long-term health.
Brian’s military career began in 1999 as a Combat Engineer, completing two deployments to Kosovo, one to Iraq, and one to Afghanistan before transitioning into Civil Affairs. Throughout his career, he held roles including Team Leader, Squad Leader, Team Sergeant, and Joint Plans and Operations NCO. He deployed alongside elite units such as Army Rangers and Navy SEALs and later trained future warfighters as a hand-to-hand combat and advanced weapons/tactics instructor. Following his service, Brian continued to support tactical readiness by opening a CrossFit affiliate, earning both a bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Texas State University and a master’s degree in Exercise Science & Wellness: Fitness and Performance from Liberty University. His experience also includes work as a Nutrition Health Educator with the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program, where he designed and delivered evidence-based strategies to optimize nutrition and performance.
Outside of work, Brian is an avid outdoorsman and competitor. He enjoys competitive shooting, golf, hunting, and sports, and values time spent in the outdoors with his family. Whether on the range, on the course, or simply outside with his loved ones, Brian continues to embody the same commitment to discipline, growth, and resilience that has defined both his military and civilian career.
