Blake Brinkerhoff serves as the Senior Vice President of Federal Sales at O2X Human Performance, where he leads the organization’s federal sales initiatives and supports the integration of human performance programs across U.S. government agencies. In his role, Blake oversees the federal sales team, focusing on strategic business development, relationship management, client retention, and long-term partnership growth within the Department of Defense and broader federal sector. Drawing on his tactical experience and leadership background, he works closely with agency stakeholders to ensure O2X programs are aligned with operational demands and mission readiness objectives.

Blake’s professional foundation was built during his 12-year career as a Navy SEAL, where he completed three deployments supporting operations in more than 20 countries. Serving with SEAL Team 4, Blake held leadership positions including Lead Breacher and Assault Team Leader, where he managed high-risk operations requiring precision, adaptability, and decisive leadership. In the later stages of his military career, he became the Lead Instructor for Close Quarters Combat at SEAL Qualification Training, where he trained and mentored more than 300 SEAL candidates annually, helping develop the next generation of Naval Special Warfare operators. His operational experience and passion for leadership, resilience, and performance continue to shape his approach to supporting federal clients and tactical populations through O2X.

Blake earned his degree in Organizational Leadership while serving on active duty and later completed the Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) program at the University of Southern California. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children in Oceanside, California. An avid outdoorsman, Blake is passionate about surfing, spearfishing, and staying connected to the ocean, pursuits that reflect the same commitment to discipline, resilience, and performance that define both his personal and professional life.
