Ashley Tropea-Migrants
Ashley Tropea-Migrants is an Education & Curriculum Coordinator at O2X Human Performance, based in Massachusetts. In this role, she designs and implements educational programs that help tactical professionals enhance their performance, resilience, and recovery. Drawing on her background in human performance, injury prevention, and musculoskeletal care, Ashley specializes in translating complex medical and performance concepts into practical, engaging content that can be applied across a range of industries and audiences.
Before moving into curriculum development, Ashley served as an on-site Human Performance Specialist at O2X, where she worked directly with industrial athletes to optimize performance and reduce injury risk. Outside of O2X, she holds licensure and national certification as a Certified Athletic Trainer. She served as the sole Athletic Trainer at a high school for five years, during which she simultaneously worked in a hospital-based orthopedic and sports medicine clinic, splitting her time across both settings for four of those years. She later transitioned into a private orthopedic surgical clinic operating as the designated orthopedic department for a regional hospital, where she worked alongside surgeons, physical therapists, and occupational therapists across multiple specialties, gaining experience in musculoskeletal care, patient education, casting and bracing, durable medical equipment application, and movement screening.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Bridgewater State University in 2015. Born and raised on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, she enjoys hiking with her dog, running, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
