Ashley King
Dr. Ashley King is an O2X Injury Prevention Specialist. Ashley received both her M.S. in Athletic Training and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University. She has worked with athletes from all walks of life ranging from middle school athletes through D1 football and lacrosse players, to professional athletes in some of the major athletic programs throughout both the US and abroad. She has also had the chance to work with tactical athletes including firefighters, police officers, military personnel, and bomb squad members throughout her career, rehabbing from both surgical and overuse injuries. Ashley enjoys being able to help her patients through every stage of injury starting with prevention, immediate medical management, and finishing with return to sport or work rehabilitation. Ashley lives in Maryland with her dog, Bosco, and she enjoys spending her free time hiking, reading, and dancing. She also regularly volunteers to provide emergency medical care at the Marine Corps Marathon and other on-site athletic events.
