Anna Huddleston
Anna Huddleston lives in Virginia Beach, VA, where she has proudly served the community through her private practice and as a Military Family Life Counselor in the Hampton Roads area. In her career, she has had the privilege of sharing her passion for mental health and wellness in both large and small settings, developing and delivering presentations on mental health wellness checks, self-advocacy in seeking support, and normalizing counseling as an essential tool for well-being. As a military family counselor, Anna facilitated workshops on resilience, work-life balance, stress management, effective communication, and solution-focused strategies tailored to military life. One of her most rewarding experiences was leading a wellness and self-advocacy workshop for high school athletes, witnessing young adults embrace the importance of mental health and the value of seeking help. An active-duty Navy spouse and mother of three passionate young women, Anna has cultivated a versatile résumé across diverse roles in seven states over the past 24 years. Balancing her passion and priority for family with a strong professional presence, she earned a master’s degree in professional counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, she has found her calling in empowering clients to find their strengths and supporting fellow counselors to excel in their roles. She is committed to contributing to organizations that value proactive health, mental well-being, and practical skill development, while also advancing her passion for collaborating with professionals, broadening her expertise, and driving meaningful impact within communities.
