
Amanda Court
Amanda Court brings over 20 years of expertise in human performance, psychology, and leadership development, with a career spanning the Department of Defense, intelligence community, healthcare, education, and athletics. A former collegiate, national team, athlete and coach, Amanda combines lived experience in high-pressure environments with evidence-based strategies that strengthen resilience and optimize performance. At O2X, Amanda applies her background in clinical counseling, organizational psychology, and mental performance to support tactical athletes and professionals in achieving peak readiness. Prior to joining O2X, she served as the first Chief Wellness Officer at the National Security Agency, where she designed reintegration programs for deployed personnel and trained Navy SEALs in psychological operations and tactical surveillance. She has also led behavioral health strategy at Bay Community Health, advised Fortune 100 companies on performance and resilience, and developed curricula for law enforcement, military, and corporate leaders. Amanda holds dual PhDs in Leadership in Organizational Psychology & Education/Change Management, an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and Instructional Design, as well as professional certifications in Flow, Life, and Career coaching and mental performance. She is passionate about integrating neuroscience, psychology, and holistic wellness into practical tools that elevate both individual and team performance. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys coaching her children’s sports teams, playing for the US Master’s field hockey team, and spending time outdoors with her family.
