Alyssa Cafarelli
Alyssa Cafarelli serves as the Content & Education Coordinator at O2X Human Performance, where she works cross-functionally with multiple departments to support the development and delivery of high-impact educational resources, marketing materials, client reports, and digital content. In her role, Alyssa helps ensure that O2X’s educational and communication materials effectively support tactical athletes, first responders, and high-performance organizations by delivering clear, engaging, and mission-focused content. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail play an important role in helping O2X maintain consistent, professional, and impactful resources across both internal and client-facing initiatives.
Prior to joining O2X, Alyssa worked as a preschool teacher for six years, where she developed a strong passion for education, communication, and helping others learn and grow. Her experience in the classroom strengthened her creativity, organization, and ability to connect with diverse audiences — skills that continue to support her work within O2X’s Education and Content teams. Alyssa also comes from a family deeply connected to the tactical community, which has fueled her personal connection to O2X’s mission of supporting those who serve others. Her combined background in education, communication, and content development has helped her become a valuable contributor to the organization’s efforts to educate and support tactical populations nationwide.
Alyssa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media from Plymouth State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the Communications National Honors Society, Lambda Pi Eta. During her time at Plymouth State, she further developed her passion for health, wellness, and digital media while creating content for the university’s recreation department. Outside of work, Alyssa remains passionate about supporting the tactical community and continues to find inspiration in the dedication and service of first responders, military personnel, and those who protect and serve their communities.
