Alli Houseworth is a trauma-informed yoga therapist, educator, and human performance specialist with over 15 years of experience in communications, program development, and facilitation. A Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and iRest Level 2 Instructor, she works at the intersection of mental, physical, and emotional resilience, supporting high-performance populations including military, veteran, and first responder communities.
She has worked with organizations including the Army Recovery Care Program, Warriors at Ease, and Warrior Canine Connection, delivering programming that translates practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, mobility, and recovery into practical, accessible tools.
