NOAA Personnel to Participate in Human Performance Training and Education Workshop

Partners with O2X Human Performance for three-day engagement on mental and physical well-being

Silver Springs, MD – Beginning Sept 13th thru 15th, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) will host a three-day training engagement for its personnel focused on mental and physical well-being. The event will be led by O2X Human Performance, a training and education company founded by former Navy SEALs, that works with the military, fire service, law enforcement, and other federal agencies.

During the workshop, participants will learn ways to improve mental and physical well-being through incremental lifestyle changes. Sessions on nutrition, injury risk reduction, strength training, sleep, stress management, and resilience will be delivered by O2X’s team of human performance specialists. The curriculum will be customized to meet the demands of NOAA personnel and geared towards optimizing occupational performance. O2X’s goal is to offer attendees tools to mitigate the impact of mental and physical strain that can lead to behavioral health issues, fatigue, and burnout.

“O2X is excited to continue our program with NOAA,” said Paul McCullough, Co-founder at O2X Human Performance. “We’re confident our curriculum will play a key role in supporting NOAA’s mission and personnel”

O2X Human Performance has successfully trained thousands of public safety agencies nationwide to provide state-of-the-art training and education aimed specifically at helping tactical athletes finish their careers as strong as they started.
