Delta Air Lines Partners with O2X Human Performance to Embed On-Site Specialists

O2X brings industry-leading human performance program to Delta's industrial athletes
ORLANDO, FL — Delta Air Lines has announced a new partnership with O2X Human Performance to launch a comprehensive injury prevention and risk reduction program for its workforce.
The program is being provided by O2X Human Performance, a Massachusetts-based training and education company founded by former Navy SEALs. O2X works with organizations to provide state-of-the-art human performance programs geared specifically toward occupational readiness, career longevity, as well as enhance safety and wellbeing of employees
As industrial athletes, Delta's employees operate in high-demand, physically intensive environments that can place significant acute and cumulative stress on the body. From the ramp to maintenance operations, Delta's workforce faces occupational hazards that demand proactive attention to physical health and injury prevention. By partnering with O2X, Delta has taken a decisive step in mitigating these risks and investing in the long-term wellbeing of its people.
Leading the day-to-day operations of the program will be O2X On-Site Specialists (OSS) with expertise in Injury Prevention and Risk Reduction coupled with technology and training. These specialists will utilize their education, professional experience, and the broader resources of the O2X Human Performance network to design and implement programs tailored to the unique demands of Delta's industrial athletes. The OSS will incorporate elements of injury prevention, conditioning, ergonomic coaching, fatigue management, nutrition, and resilience — equipping Delta employees with the tools to perform at their best throughout their careers.
“We’re proud to partner with Delta Air Lines and bring the O2X methodology to their industrial athletes,” said Adam La Reau, Co-founder at O2X Human Performance. “Our team is committed to reducing injury rates, improving overall wellness, and helping Delta’s workforce finish their careers just as strong as they started them.”
