Vice President, Commercial Partnerships

The Vice President of Commercial Partnerships will build and lead O2X's partnership function, focusing on expanding O2X’s commercial client base and funding sources for Municipal Government clients through relationships with labor unions, non-profit organizations, healthcare companies, and third-party funding entities. This role focuses on unlocking funding mechanisms that enable organizations to invest in O2X's Integrated Specialist programs and human performance solutions.

The business case for O2X partnerships is strongest where injury rates, burnout, and workforce attrition create significant financial and operational costs. Target partners span multiple sectors:

Trade and Industrial Unions: IBEW (electricians), UA (plumbers/pipefitters), Teamsters, LIUNA (laborers), warehouse and logistics unions

Public Safety Unions: IAFF (firefighters), FOP and PBA (police), AFSCME, corrections officers

Healthcare and Insurance: Workers' compensation carriers, health insurers, TPAs, self-insured employers

Non-Profit and Foundation: First responder wellness organizations, occupational health foundations, workforce development non-profits, veteran-focused foundations

The ideal candidate combines executive-level relationship skills with a deep understanding of how unions, insurers, and non-profits evaluate and fund workforce health and safety programs. This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy and direct influence on O2X's commercial growth trajectory.
