O2X Human Performance is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager to join our team. This unique role blends traditional product management with hands-on customer service, client relations, and technical support. You will be instrumental in driving the development of our mobile application and coaching platform, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and usability. Your knowledge of up to date human performance methodologies will be crucial in ensuring we deliver high quality content and expert programs to our clients and users.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality SaaS products.
- Gather and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives.
- Incorporate customer insights into product development and enhancement.
- Innovate and iterate on product features based on user feedback and performance data
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and user satisfaction.
- Implement changes and enhancements to optimize user experience and achieve business goals.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a software Product Manager with a proven track record for delivered SaaS products
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency in product management tools such as Jira or Linear
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of web, mobile and software technologies integration of human performance
- Excellent customer service and client support abilities and communication skills
- Self-motivated with high energy and an aspiration to succeed
- The ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- A team player who can collaborate across multiple departments to deliver high quality software solutions.

- Up-to-date technical knowledge of web, mobile and software technologies integration of human performance
- Understanding of how to define and calculate useful KPIs for business processes
- Experience using SQL or other technologies to extract data from a Data Lake and create dashboards
