Location Requirement

Human Performance Integration Manager
The HPI Manager will be responsible for on-boarding & mentoring new OSS, professional development, driving collaboration between IRP and O2X
Departments to enhance information sharing to ensure program success, future sales and marketing opportunities. This person will work with the VP of
HPI and collaboratively across IRP’s to identify areas of need based on client types and program requirements, to enhance OSS productivity, community
brand awareness and QAQC.
A successful HPI Manager will be a skilled steward of his or her time and projects, have an eye to develop & enhance programs and initiatives, and
improve existing processes, and will be able to operate independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the full life cycle of an O2X On-Site Specialist, from screening and hiring, on-boarding and professional development
• Design and development professional development opportunities which further enhance and market the O2X On-Site Specialist capability
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure effective cross lane communication and product delivery
• Increase processes and procedures between in-person integration and tech enabled enhancement throughout all IRP
• Act as a direct liaison for OSS to O2X key leadership for feedback on processes and improvements
• Develop virtual and technical specialist capabilities for client organization integration and adaptation
• Promote and market On-Site Specialist capabilities through industry partnerships, speaking events, conventions, and symposiums
• Organize and compile cultural building materials for distribution throughout the On-Site Specialist community
• Create opportunities for regular communication or open dialogue for all OSS’s for an exchange in lessons learned
• Create opportunities of professional development for all OSS, both virtually and in person
• Utilize professional connections for external growth of On-Site Specialists – NSCA speaking events, Podcasts, etc.
• Utilize personal and professional lessons learned and experiences to enhance junior On-Site Specialists
• Act as a cultural and professional mentor to On-Site Specialists
• Design and develop regular “challenges” to help create a competitive environment across IRP
Qualifications
• Experienced OSS / Human Performance Specialist
• Ability to handle an increased workload across multiple locations and individuals
• Influential personality with a history of cultural team building
• Demonstrated project management as well as strong problem-solving skills
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
