The O2X Tactical Performance Podcast: Episode 47 – William “Billy” Clark

William “Billy” Clark recently finished a 24-year career in the United States Marine Corps and United States Navy as a Command Master Chief. He completed Marine Basic training in 1997. In 2001 he transitioned to the Navy and went on to become qualified as a military police officer and working dog handler.

He served in Italy and Bahrain before going to Naval Special Warfare Development Group as a Special Operations Dog Handler for over 12 years.  Throughout his career, he completed 11 combat deployments in support of several operations worldwide, to include Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

His awards and commendations include: 2 Bronze Stars with Valor, the Legion of Merit, 4 Joint Service Commendation with Valor, and a Defense Meritorious Service Medals. He is also a stage 3 cancer survivor and was a division 1 football player before his service

Currently, In this role as an O2X Business Development Manager, he leverages his tactical background and subject matter expertise to implement comprehensive performance programs into agencies within his area of responsibility. His daily focus is on forging new relationships, as well as client retention and management, ensuring each O2X client gets the highest impact program in support of their mission.
