Meet Ronnie: Firefighter and this week's Featured Tactical Athlete
What got you into your profession?
I’ve been a fireman in Arkansas for 11.5 years. Currently, I’m an engineer and drive E19 for my department while also working as a dispatcher. I’m a 555 Fitness advocate and currently down 70lbs with a goal of losing 100lbs. I joined the fire service to have an adrenaline rush and to serve the public. I love what the job of fireman entails (pretty much anything) and enjoy doing things that people think are crazy.
What motivates you?
I am motivated by the fact that I want to be physically ready for whatever is throw my way or my crew’s way. I want to be physically able to perform at my best and uphold the oath I took. I also want to live a long life for my family.
Know someone who we should feature as a tactical athlete of the week?
